Monte Carlo is seeking a Junior Applied Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join their small, rapid-prototyping unit in the field. The role involves prototyping integrations and connectors based on real customer requests, conducting rapid field testing in live environments, and relaying what is learned back to Engineering. The ideal candidate will have field-facing engineering experience, hands-on experience with Python and SQL, and fluency in AI tooling.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a technical role where you owned deployment or integration work in customer or enterprise environments — implementation engineering, integration engineering, applied engineering, or similar.
- Python, SQL, and APIs
- AI Fluency
- Strong written and verbal communication
