Our partner is a high-growth fintech company building a more transparent way for users around the world to access major financial markets. They are hiring a UGC Lead to own creator-led growth and help shape how the product is understood online.
Requirements
- Experience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fields
- Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex products
- Creator-native sensibility; ideally you have created content yourself
- Deep familiarity with internet culture and digital distribution
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Exposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferred
