Vattenfall Distribution AB is looking for a Business Engineer to develop customer offers within network flexibility. The role involves working in the customer interface, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other parts of the organization to ensure the customer perspective permeates our work.

Requirements

• Drive business development within network flexibility
• Develop and improve the customer journey for customers who have the opportunity and willingness to be flexible
• Further develop our flexible offer based on customer needs, business, applicable regulations, and the company's strategy
• Coordinate and communicate to ensure progress and the best possible result
• Responsible for a personal customer portfolio and ensure a good and proactive customer dialogue
• Work cross-functionally and in close collaboration with other parts of the organization
• Have a sense of touch to understand both the customer's and the company's needs, and to find solutions that benefit the whole
