We are hiring a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations, executive coordination, content management, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives and content workflows
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Typeform or Jotform
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Strong Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
