Requirements
- 3+ years of professional legal experience as a practicing lawyer or attorney
- Bar admission in any jurisdiction
- Background in litigation, corporate, transactional, regulatory, contracts, IP, or general counsel work
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Self-directed; can deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule
