We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives for MoonPay Institutional to define the strategic roadmap, lead high-value partnership negotiations, and drive execution across various workstreams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or a senior commercial role within financial services or crypto
- Deep familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including custody, prime brokerage, OTC, tokenization, or funds infrastructure
- Experience structuring complex, multi-party deals and seeing them through to close
- A track record of building something measurable from a position of real accountability
- Ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level without losing quality at either
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
