Requirements
- Solid knowledge of agile practices and principles, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in facilitating agile rituals and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of agile metrics and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Knowledge or experience with Intelligence Artificial tools applied to work context.
