This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual administrative effort, enhancing visibility across projects, and supporting scalable execution processes across consulting, operations, and business functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and automating Asana
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and process design
- Experience configuring custom fields, forms, rules, portfolios, dashboards, templates
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into practical system workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
