Requirements
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial and/or operational data to quantify challenges and overall project impact Acting as a liaison between field teams, functional business leaders, and corporate partners (e.g., IT, QI) – in some cases directly identifying, documenting, and communicating business process requirements Supporting design and execution of alternative business process workflows, recommending improvements and enhancements where possible
