Responsibilities

Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach

Requirements

Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
