Requirements

• Coordinates and monitors programs, often involving several projects and initiatives, to ensure alignment with company and customer goals and strategy.
• Serves as liaison between company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
• Serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all implementation requirements are met.
• Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
• Creates, updates, and maintains all implementation calendars.
• Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
• Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
• Assists in the creation of standard templates for deliverables.
• Provides support to other project/product/program managers in dealing with issues impacting the progress of the project.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
