Requirements
- 5-7 years of accounting, accounts payable, and/or bookkeeping experience
- Ability to track and understand partnership investments
- Ability to understand and accurately record brokerage transactions
- Strong understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members as needed
- Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, Xero, and Gusto
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/ OCBOA) and annual tax compliance
- The ability to train and manage staff
- Public Accounting experience
