OKX is a leading crypto exchange that is seeking an Institutional Relationship Manager (VIP) to develop high-value institutional clients with significant asset scale and trading potential. The role involves building a consistent client pipeline, deep relationship management, and driving partnerships to closure efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry
- Hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service or account operations is preferred
- Clear KPI & result orientation, and comfortable using data to measure and manage performance
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
