We are seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to join our remote team, responsible for dispute and chargeback management, fraud operations, compliance monitoring, and payment performance tracking.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in payments operations, fraud ops, or fintech risk
- Comfortable operating across multiple payment processors simultaneously
- Understands dispute and chargeback mechanics at the card network level
- Strong analytical capability
- Detail-oriented and self-directing
- Business-level English proficiency
