What You’ll Do:
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise buyers, partners, and CX leaders
- Lead go-to-market launches for new features, solutions, and AI-driven experiences
- Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities through customer, market, and competitive insights
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders to align messaging, launches, and business priorities
- Develop compelling content including sales decks, customer stories, thought leadership, demo scripts, and one-pagers
- Partner with Growth and Field Marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, events, and demand generation initiatives
- Build sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, and partner-facing assets in collaboration with Product and Business teams
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years in product marketing, marketing management and/or in content writing disciplines within technology companies, with a clear record of successful delivery and marketing impact
- Superior GTM understanding, messaging and writing skills
- Experience with B2B product marketing, Demand Generation & Capture frameworks and content writing
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
- Native English
- Technology/SaaS experience and orientation, openness to learn new technology fields, terminology and key elements that build a product
- Specific experience in one or more of the following: Contact Center, Customer Experience, AI, Bots and Automation
- True strategic marketing thinker with a “get things done” approach
