Software Engineer (Atlassian) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Atlassian, you will develop high-quality plugins and integrations to extend the capabilities of Jira and Confluence. You will empower teams by creating custom solutions that streamline project management and collaboration workflows across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop custom plugins and extensions for Jira and Confluence using the Atlassian SDK.
• Build and deploy modern, cloud-native applications using the Atlassian Forge platform.
• Create and optimize complex Jira workflows, custom fields, and automation rules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations between Atlassian products and third-party enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of custom-built Atlassian tools through proactive maintenance and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, focusing on Atlassian product development.
• Proven expertise in developing plugins and integrations using the Atlassian SDK and Forge.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing custom Jira workflows and Confluence extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian APIs and marketplace app development.
• Strong background in automating business processes within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
