- Work closely with designers and product managers to iterate on ideas, incorporating feedback from real-world use.
- Contribute across the stack — from frontend UI components to backend services — ensuring a cohesive, reliable product experience.
- Champion best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and support other engineers, helping to raise the quality of our frontend craft across the team.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate advanced models in ways that feel seamless and intuitive to end users.
- 3-10 years' of professional software engineering experience, with strong skills in React and Typescript
- Experience working with, or theoretical knowledge of systems that integrate with ML/AI models
- Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- A growth mindset—you're eager to learn about reliability and performance.
- Bonus: Interest in healthcare, willingness to learn medical terminology, or curiosity about speech-to-text systems.
- Build to Last
- Own Your Practice
- Move Fast, Stay Steady
