AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models and scalable backend systems in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business use cases
• Build scalable backend systems and ML pipelines using Python
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
• Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and developers to deliver AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for predictive analytics and automation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed ML systems

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks:
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Good understanding of:
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Model training & evaluation
• Data preprocessing
• Experience with cloud platforms:
• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI
• Exposure to MLOps tools and workflows
• Knowledge of FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture
• Familiarity with vector databases and AI integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
