JOB DESCRIPTION
Our engagement is to merge two ServiceNow instances into a new third instance due to a recent merger and acqusition.
We are starting the enagagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms.
- AD Catalog Integrations
- UI Policies
- Portal Integrations
- CMDB/Discovery
- Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc
- Demand/Agile
- Service Catalog / Portal
- Event Management
- ITSM
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Design, develop, and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, customization, and scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Configure ServiceNow modules based on business needs and best practices
- Perform system integration tasks with third-party tools and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and user guides.
