Responsibilities

Loyalty Strategy & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define loyalty program goals and strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Define loyalty structures including tiers, points, rewards, campaigns, promotions, and customer journeys.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and design solution/process flows.
  • Advise on best practices, limitations, and implementation approaches.


Salesforce Platform & Integration

  • Design Salesforce Loyalty Management architecture and integration strategies.
  • Configure workflows, automations, approvals, and member experiences.
  • Ensure seamless integration with POS, eCommerce, ERP, payment gateways, and other platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and governance standards.


Stakeholder Management & Optimization

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, IT, and product teams.
  • Conduct demos, training sessions, and support delivery/development teams.
  • Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and loyalty management trends.


Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management design or implementation.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-based loyalty solutions.
  • Experience conducting discovery workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in customer-centric industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, or telecom is a plus.


Functional & Technical Skills

  • Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • MuleSoft / Integration Platforms
  • Jira & Confluence
  • Salesforce configuration, administration, Flows, automations, APIs, and integrations
  • Knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
  • Experience working in Agile environments


Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Loyalty Management Accreditation
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • Salesforce Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Certifications (preferred)


Soft Skills & Languages

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
