Responsibilities
Loyalty Strategy & Solution Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define loyalty program goals and strategies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions.
- Define loyalty structures including tiers, points, rewards, campaigns, promotions, and customer journeys.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and design solution/process flows.
- Advise on best practices, limitations, and implementation approaches.
Salesforce Platform & Integration
- Design Salesforce Loyalty Management architecture and integration strategies.
- Configure workflows, automations, approvals, and member experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration with POS, eCommerce, ERP, payment gateways, and other platforms.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and governance standards.
Stakeholder Management & Optimization
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, IT, and product teams.
- Conduct demos, training sessions, and support delivery/development teams.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and loyalty management trends.
Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Loyalty Management design or implementation.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-based loyalty solutions.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Background in customer-centric industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, or telecom is a plus.
Functional & Technical Skills
- Salesforce Loyalty Management
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- MuleSoft / Integration Platforms
- Jira & Confluence
- Salesforce configuration, administration, Flows, automations, APIs, and integrations
- Knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
- Experience working in Agile environments
Certifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Loyalty Management Accreditation
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Salesforce Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Certifications (preferred)
Soft Skills & Languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English (mandatory)
