ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on delivering scalable, high-quality applications and integrations while enhancing ITSM processes and driving automation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Design and implement solutions across core modules including ITSM and CMDB
• Build and enhance Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Self-Service Portal capabilities
• Develop and optimize scripts using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, and ServiceNow APIs
• Create and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and MID Server
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver iterative solutions
• Transition legacy workflows to Flow Designer, improving automation and reducing manual effort
• Support and enhance ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or other enterprise functions
• Develop Service Portal components using AngularJS
• Leverage AI-driven features such as Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence where applicable
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools including ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and CMDB, with hands-on experience in Service Catalog and Knowledge Management
• Strong experience building integrations using web services and MID Server
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

The salary range for this position is $50/hr to $60/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
