Position: UiPath Developer

Location: Pune and Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India – Hybrid

We are now hiring a 15-member team of UiPath developers with varying experience. Interviews are in progress.

Role: UiPath Developer

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall experience in IT / RPA
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end process automation using UiPath
• Experience in analyzing, solutioning, and implementing automation use cases
• Exposure to Document Understanding capabilities and UiPath Apps
• Experience in preparing Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Hands-on experience in UiPath development, unit testing, and deployment
• Ability to support and maintain existing automation processes
• Experience in handling change requests within a structured change control process
• Experience in the insurance domain will have an edge.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable automation solutions, and ensure seamless deployment and support of automated processes.

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods
