ITSM Developer

Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location's: Onsite – Dallas TX or Cincinnati OH or SFO CA

6+ Months Contract

Federal Client Requirement: Client is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship. Only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered.

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong expertise in integrations to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM modules and complex third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

· Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems

· Work with ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

· Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes

· Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

· Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations and platform performance

· Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Required Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development

· Deep expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, web services)

· Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server

· Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting

· Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow architecture

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Preferred Qualifications:

· ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification

· Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systems

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
