What is the TSG internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. What will you be doing?

• Developing/prototyping new game features with the support of senior developers in the team;
• Collaborating with the product team and working closely with the development team (QA, artists, game designers);
• Fixing bugs and performance issues;
• Learning and ensuring high standards and good coding practices.

• Basic experience with Unity or other game engine;
• Good communication skills and being a team player;
• Reliable, self-motivated, curious;
• At least a basic understanding of data structures;
• Familiar with Git;
• Fluent in Polish and high-level English (at least B2);
• Student status is a plus.

• Hobby projects that can show your interest in game development (for example, github profile would be nice);
• Knowledge about rendering or algorithms used in games;
• Participation in game jams;
• Some real professional projects as background.

It’s worth taking a moment to think about which role suits you best. Applying for several positions at once doesn’t really increase your chances. In fact, it might make it seem like you’re not sure what you’re looking for.
