What we expect from you:

• Extensive knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript
• You must hold valid Salesforce Certificates (or be ready to obtain them quickly):
• Platform Developer I (mandatory),Platform Developer II (a strong plus)
• System Architect certification(nice to have)
• Strong skills inversion control(GIT at least mid-level),SFDX, andbasic DevOps
• Deep understanding ofclean code principles,code review practices, andenterprise-grade design patterns
• Ability tolead technical teams/projectswith a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Excellentcommunication skillsand stakeholder engagement experience
  

Nice to have:

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in real projects would be a great asset

Your future role

• Work closely with Technical and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
• Lead design, configuration, development, and deployment activities for Salesforce implementations
• Develop custom, modular applications using Apex and LWC on the Salesforce platform
• Design and implement system integrations with external applications via callouts, custom web services, and standard APIs
• Lead the adoption and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to enable advanced data unification and personalisation use cases
• Mentor junior developers and support team members in resolving technical challenges and delivering new functionality
