Software Data Platform Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Software Data Platform Tech Lead to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software engineers through one-on-ones, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain the core backend architecture of our Data platform.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, from design to deployment.
• Build and deploy scalable APIs, micro-services, and systems that enable seamless Data processing workflows.
• Research and integrate advanced technologies to improve system scalability and reliability.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software backend engineering, at least 3 years specifically in Python (we use fastAPI).
• Proven knowledge in building and maintaining web applications (we use React).
• Experience in architecting software systems from the ground up.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts (Docker, or equivalent).
• Experience using and maintaining CI/CD tools (like: Gitlab, Jenkins).
