Jahia Developer

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a Senior Jahia Application Developer to join a dynamic team responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and industrialization of a large-scale shared CMS platform hosting dozens of websites and millions of annual visits. This role is ideal for a senior developer who enjoys combining hands-on development, technical architecture, platform governance, and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders. As a Senior Application Developer, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of a centralized CMS ecosystem based on Jahia v8 and participate in the development and optimization of reusable web components and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure a coherent functional and technical architecture of the shared Jahia platform
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on the CMS ecosystem
• Develop and maintain templates, modules, and reusable components within Jahia
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and associated services
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions
• Validate and deploy developments on the shared CMS platform
• Define technical and functional recommendations for developers integrating solutions into the platform
• Provide structured technical reviews and recommendations
• Support and train key users on Jahia CMS usage
• Assist users and stakeholders with platform-related questions and incidents
• Maintain and enrich a catalog of standard and transversal web components
• Contribute to industrialization and standardization efforts across web projects

Your Profile

• Senior-level experience as an Application Developer
• Strong expertise with Jahia CMS and Java-based web development
• Excellent understanding of CMS architectures and shared platforms
• Experience with API integrations and modular development
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Comfortable working in complex technical ecosystems with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent French communication skills (written and spoken)
