Job Description

Company Overview

• We are a leading Hong Kong-based chemicals sole agency and distributor with over 40 years of successful experience.
• We import, export, and distribute premium raw materials, pigments, additives, and resins for applications across a wide variety of manufacturing industries, including but not limited to the coatings, plastics, paint, and more.
• With a network of over 10 sales offices in major China cities, we serve key markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Backed by partnerships with global chemical suppliers, we empower innovation in automotive, electronics, packaging, and daily chemicals sectors with reliable supply chain solutions and quality-focused service.

• Lead one of the sales and marketing teams of 6-8 members across China offices focused on assigned product lines, reporting directly to the Director.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, market expansion, and team development.

• Formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies and action plans to grow the business and meet revenue goals of assigned product lines.
• Liaise with suppliers and strategic accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with business teams to prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
• Provide coaching, sales support, and product training to empower your team.

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Chemicals or related field.
• 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in chemicals, especially for the China market.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in building customer and supplier relationships at all levels.
• Skilled at identifying opportunities in new markets and applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently to mainland China.
