ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our Regional Trade Marketing Manager APAC, based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Global Trade Marketing Director (based in Dubai), this position requires effective, creative and efficient planning and implementation of the 360 Marketing Plan across APAC markets.
The Regional Marketing Manager will act as a key Marketing partner of the Commercial team and be a pivotal interface between salesforce, partners, suppliers and cross-functional departments (Brand, Operations, Finance, Digital, PR, Retail). This role includes the management of at least one direct report (China Marketing Manager – Digital & Social Media).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Brand Management
- Ensure brand guidelines are respected and deployed across all touchpoints (direct retail and distributors).Develop, plan and execute the 360 marketing plan (offline and online) with partners and key retailers.
- Improve brand awareness and campaign execution through conception, planning and execution of in-store and online animations.
- Implement, adapt and execute retail and merchandising guidelines across APAC.
- Conduct regular physical and virtual market visits to ensure brand guidelines are implemented, monitor competitor activities, pricing strategy, promotions and stock levels across POS.
- Conduct training and develop trade tools for external partners.
Project Management
- Plan and monitor Marketing budget for DTC and external partners, in collaboration with the Commercial team.
- Plan monthly Marketing reviews with key markets, ensuring alignment with budget and brand ambition.
- Adapt, implement and deploy impactful and qualitative in-store and online campaigns in line with the trade plan.
- Work closely with the Global Trade Marketing Director, Marketing team (PR, Trade, CRM), agencies and retailers to ensure excellent project management.
- Plan the full-year regional calendar in collaboration with Global Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Ensure accuracy on POSM planning and forecasting; oversee excellent roll-out of POSM elements across the region (DTC and external partners), inclusive of all 360 elements (launch VM, Press/Influence, CRM, GWPs, new door openings).
Performance & Reporting
- Deliver quarterly reports on regional key marketing activities, KPIs and campaign performance.
- Monitor budget for direct retail and A&P with external partners.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
Event & PR
- Work closely with the Global Marketing team and local PR agencies for event organisation and seedings (concept, target, location, date, coverage, set-up, execution).
- Follow up on monthly coverage reports (magazine, press, influence).
Team Management
- Manage, coach and develop the Digital Marketing Manager China.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
Required Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the luxury or Fragrances industry.
- Solid understanding of the APAC market landscape and consumer behaviours.

- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Mandarin is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
