What You Will Be Doing
As the Numerical Control Programmer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs that enable high‑quality, on‑time production.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Develop new CNC machining processes and program parts to meet design specifications.
- Analyze and improve existing legacy programs to increase efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Select and maintain tooling, fixtures, and work‑holding solutions for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot machining issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Document process parameters, best practices, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.

Desired Skills
- Experience programming 3-5 axis mills and mill turn machines for a variety of materials
- Experience with Siemens NX and Vericut
- Ability to design fixturing / workholding solutions
- Experience evaluating new designs and providing feedback to improve part machineability
