Overview:

The role is for a Microsoft Identity Engineer specializing in Intune and hybrid join implementations within Core Infra IAM operations. The position focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-scale device management and identity solutions, bridging on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). The successful candidate will work within the Core Infra IAM team to implement and maintain hybrid identity infrastructure.

Role / Principal Accountabilities:

• The engineering function is responsible for engineering all aspects of core services infrastructure components.
• The candidate must be highly self-motivated team player with good oral and written skills and confidence to present to management.
• The candidate should also have a good sense of discipline for change control procedures.
• A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global engineering team

Skills & Experience Required:

• Demonstrate an ability to work well as part of a global team, and on their own when required.

• Enthusiastic, eager and personable.
• Ability to cope well under pressure.

Essentails:

• Hands-on experience with hybrid Azure AD join implementations
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID integration
• Experience with certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods
• Proficiency in configuring device compliance policies and conditional access
• Experience with Microsoft Authenticator deployment in hybrid environments
• Operational expertise in Microsoft Intune configuration and management
• Experience in using and developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies.

Desirables:

• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) policies
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
• Experience with Tiered Admin Models in hybrid environments

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
