Software Engineer (Jenkins) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Jenkins, you will manage and scale CI/CD infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery. You will streamline the development lifecycle by automating build, test, and deployment processes through robust pipeline-as-code practices.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop complex CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy script.
  • Manage and optimize Jenkins infrastructure, including master-agent configurations and plugin ecosystems.
  • Automate the integration of automated testing and security scanning into delivery workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex build and deployment issues to minimize developer friction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize CI/CD patterns and improve release velocity.
  • Maintain the stability and security of the Jenkins platform through proactive maintenance and updates.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling Jenkins-based CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in writing complex Jenkins pipelines using Groovy.
  • Hands-on experience managing Jenkins agents and maintaining plugin ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD best practices and automation workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
