Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership. 2. Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs. 3. Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC. 4. Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable) Luxury / Premium Brand Experience: Must have hands-on experience (retail, clienteling, L&D). Training Experience: Experience training frontline and managers with strong facilitation skills. Business Understanding: Ability to connect training with business outcomes. Preferred Profile Store manager / L&D / consulting experience preferred. Extensive experience in the automotive industry highly preferred. Language: Japanese & English delivery What We Do NOT Look For Generic trainers without retail experience or purely theoretical profiles. Application
