Sr CNO/CNE Tool Developer

WarCollar has an opportunity for a Sr CNO/CNE Tool Developer supporting a mission‑focused contract. This senior‑level role is ideal for an experienced developer who thrives in complex technical environments and can lead capability development efforts across multiple platforms. You will architect, design, and develop advanced cyber capabilities, guide junior developers, and collaborate with mission partners to deliver high‑impact solutions.

The role requires a Top Secret (TS) level clearance.

This is on a funded contract, bidding on a specific Task Order.

Required Skills

The Developer will have a minimum of seven (7+) years of experience in CNO/CNE tool development, including:

• Expertise developing custom cyber capabilities, implants, or exploitation tools
• Proficiency writing code in Python, C, C++, or similar languages (“Writing code in Python, C, C++.” )
• Experience performing Software Configuration Management
• In‑depth experience developing, testing, and debugging software for Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of low‑level systems development, OS internals, and API interactions (“In-depth understand of Windows Low Level Systems development and API.” )
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor mid‑level developers
