What we're looking for:

We're seeking a Software Engineer who can support both enterprise software development and system integration. This role requires hands-on experience with full-stack development with AI technologies, Java, .NET and Python plus expertise in enterprise synchronization workflows and secure data processing.


This full time position requires working on-premise at our Lake Mary, Florida office. Candidates must be comfortable with in-person collaboration and feedback.


How you can help:

  • Design, develop, implement, maintain and support:
  • Enterprise Java applications using Spring Framework
  • .NET-based enterprise applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Secure data synchronization workflows between client devices and enterprise systems
  • PowerShell/Bash scripts for system administration and automation
  • Configure and maintain GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications
  • Configure and maintain network security protocols and standards including VPN technologies
  • Troubleshoot issues related to both synchronization systems and enterprise applications and analyze and resolve complex technical problems
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of application systems
  • Research and evaluate new technologies for implementation (including AI/ML solutions)
  • Provide third-level support to business users during business hours and on-call rotation periods

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong Java development experience (2+ years) with Spring/Spring Boot expertise
  • Experience with the .NET Framework (2+ years preferred)
  • Expertise in GitLab and CI/CD implementation
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL and DB2
  • Experience with application integration and reporting tools
  • Understanding of security best practices and protocols

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Golang and Python automation development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with AI/ML applications
