We're partnered with one of the most respected quantitative trading firms in the world — a global markets leader known for its intellectual rigor, flat structure, and some of the most complex and impactful technology in finance.
The Role
They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team building and maintaining the low-latency, high-reliability systems that power their trading operations. You'll work closely with traders and researchers, owning meaningful infrastructure from day one.
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a performance-sensitive environment
- Exceptional proficiency in Python
- Strong CS fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, systems design
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
