Job DescriptionsBrief Qualifications & Primary
- Identifies and creates rooms to engage with Agent and merchants.
- Identifying enterprises payments pain points and provides tailored fit solutions.
- Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and grow clients network.
- Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not limited to marketing and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.
- With existing portfolio is a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Banking, Accounting.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services.
- Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.
- Outstanding negotiation skills. Ability to understand complex requirements and craft solutions that are tailored to fit merchant's needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
- Showcase problem-solving prowess and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
- Understand technical concepts and translate straightforward analogies to effectively communicate use cases with internal stakeholders.
