Ritual Matcha Co. is a fast-growing company bringing Japanese matcha to everyday rituals. We work closely with 300+ wholesale clients (e.g., café & bakeries), bringing traceable matcha from the top tea farms in Japan to the cups of consumers.
We also provide tailored white labeling solutions for matcha brands looking to differentiate their products. Our mission is to deliver high-quality matcha to partners while supporting their growth in the competitive market.
Role Description
- Directly manage key wholesale matcha customers, among 300+ partners in PH (café, matcha brand, and distributor)
- Process direct wholesale orders, inbound sales inquiries, etc.
- Conduct tasting sessions, manage client relationships, and convert leads & inquiries into loyal clients
- Allocate matcha supply across clients, and shape matcha procurement plans based on current and projected customer demand
- Develop dashboards to track customer success and manage demand & supply
Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Empathy and Communication Skills to assess client needs and help solve their problems
- Knowledge of the foodservice or beverage industry is a plus
- Effective working both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and account management tools is an advantage
