Full Stack Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our Tel Aviv office and lead the Platform Management team. This team is responsible for the development, scalability, and reliability of our core platform - the backbone of our product offerings.

In this role, you’ll lead both Frontend and Backend engineers, building features that enhance platform performance, stability, scalability, and intelligence. You’ll also play a key role in integrating modern AI capabilities into the platform, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-driven workflows, and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Frontend and Backend engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical development
• Design and build scalable, high-quality web applications while promoting engineering best practices, architecture standards, and efficient development processes
• Drive engineering excellence through high-quality code, strong documentation, testing, and monitoring practices
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, system issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Support, to ensure smooth feature delivery and platform reliability
• Stay up to date with emerging backend and AI/LLM technologies, and lead the adoption of relevant innovations into the platform

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in backend and frontend development, including at least 4 years in a team leadership role
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, and TypeScript
• 3+ years of frontend development experience with React
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Batch, S3, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS, including deployment and automation workflows
• Proven experience designing and developing robust RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and scalability best practices
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality products
• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered product capabilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage complex projects, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Advantage

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally within a SaaS company, and familiarity with the unique challenges of scaling a product
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent/tooling frameworks
• Experience working on infrastructure or core platform teams
