Account Manager

We Are Hiring! A full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Alexandria.

Job Description

• Conduct market and competitor research to support strong account direction
• Gather and develop client briefs in alignment with business objectives
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative and campaign ideas
• Develop content plans, scripts, reel concepts, and monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with:

1. Operations to ensure timelines and workflow are on track
2. Client Success & Growth Director to align on strategy and quality

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, feedback, and approvals
• Attend shoots and lead on-ground coordination to ensure smooth execution and alignment with planned direction
• Follow up on production delivery timelines and ensure assets are received on schedule
• Oversee design execution to ensure outputs match the approved content plan
• Finalize content calendars with full accuracy before publishing
• Review and validate scheduled content to ensure it is correctly implemented
• Support media buying by requesting budgets and aligning on content readiness
• Identify opportunities for additional campaigns, PR activities, or content enhancements when relevant

Qualifications

• Account management skills, such as relationship building, client support, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client concerns and provide innovative solutions.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or branding is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools.
