Service Account Manager - Electrical Construction
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

About the Role
We're hiring experienced Service Account Managers to support and grow electrical service operations across mission critical, healthcare, and commercial markets in Texas. This role blends project management leadership (≈75%) with business development (≈25%), ideal for someone who can manage work end‑to‑end while actively expanding client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical service projects from award through close‑out
- (materials, labor, scheduling, billing, and client communication)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and service clients
- Develop and grow an existing book of business, securing repeat and negotiated work
- Identify new opportunities within current accounts and through new client relationships
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal operations to ensure safe, on‑time delivery
- Track job performance, margins, and forecasts while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Market Focus by Location
- DFW: Mission‑critical / data center service work
- Houston: Healthcare & commercial service projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in electrical service, project management, or account management
- Established client relationships / book of business in the local market
- Strong understanding of service‑focused electrical construction
- Ability to balance operational execution with client development
- Comfortable managing multiple service projects simultaneously
- Background with commercial, healthcare, or mission‑critical environments preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $135,000
