About the Company
This SaaS company is backed by one of the Nordics’ largest software groups. Their platform helps public and private organizations visualize complex plans, align departments, and make better decisions.
Originally built for schools, the product is now used by municipalities, universities, and large global brands. With ~DKK 40M ARR and a growing team, they’re entering a new phase of outbound-led growth, and you will be foundational.
Market: Nordics (public + private sector)
ICP: Municipalities, universities, large enterprises
Stakeholders: Finance Directors, IT Leaders, Procurement, Marketing Managers
Sales cycle: 2–6 months (trial-based model)
CRM: HubSpot
What you’ll do:
✔ Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, trial management, closing
✔ Build and manage your own pipeline (outbound-led)
✔ Retain accounts and own upsell opportunities
✔ Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy,
✔ Help shorten sales cycles and improve conversion rates
✔ Keep CRM clean and working cross-departmental as a team player to improve sales processes
What we’re looking for:
✅ 1–3 years in B2B outbound sales (SaaS preferred)
✅ You truly love the thrill of outbound and closing deals
✅ Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling
✅ Structured, curious, and confident
✅ Fluent in English; native Scandinavian language is a plus (Norwegian and Finnish)
