This is not a complex technical sale. The Air Assist is an FDA-cleared, single-use device that clinicians immediately understand and want once they see it in action. Your role is to evangelize and socialize a product that solves a major problem GI clinicians, nurses, and tech staff currently have no good solution for.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, target, and close new business across GI clinics, hospitals, and ASCs
• Leverage existing relationships and develop new GI physician, nurse, and technician contacts
• Position and drive adoption of the Air Assist device through direct engagement and evaluations
• Evangelize and create awareness for a product many clinicians are unaware currently exists
• Own and execute territory growth strategy and account development
• Maintain organized pipeline management, reporting, and territory planning
• Deliver exceptional follow-up and follow-through on all opportunities
• Travel 50–75% within assigned territory
Who We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years of medical sales experience calling directly into GI clinics, hospitals, or ASCs
• Existing relationships and contacts within the GI/colonoscopy market REQUIRED
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business in GI environments
• Direct colonoscopy market experience REQUIRED
• Hunter mentality with strong drive, accountability, and urgency
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment
• Highly organized with disciplined execution and communication skills
