Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience with application development, APIs, enterprise integrations, and telecom platforms
- Familiarity with deployment processes and operational support environments
- Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability requirements
- Ability to follow coding and operational standards
- Experience supporting testing and issue resolution activities
- Understanding of root cause analysis and quality improvement practices
- Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational guides
- Experience working within governance and support frameworks
- Awareness of secure integration and operational practices
- Understanding of auditability and logging standards
- Ability to support multiple VAS services and initiatives
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving telecom technologies and platforms
- Working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
- Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent.
- Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- 7–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
- Must have completed NYSC
- Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery‑focused mindset
