Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable with high-stakes negotiation while simultaneously managing daily client expectations to ensure project success and revenue growth.

  • End-to-End sales activity (Approaching, pitching, dealing, and client maintenance).
  • Developing and presenting strategic proposal decks to potential clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitoring high-level campaign performance to ensure Client KPIs are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and manage daily client communication (updates, follow-ups, coordination).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Media) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify issues early, propose solutions, and drive projects forward in a structured and proactive way.
  • Maintain clear project documentation (meeting notes, recaps, timelines, status updates).
  • Ensure deliverables meet the agreed brief and internal quality standards before submission.

Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of Experience as Account Executive, B2B Sales, or Project Officer in a Digital Agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with Managerial/C-Level stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking skills with solid prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and collaborate flexibly across divisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Drive, Slide).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (Engagement Rate, Reach, CPA, ROAS) to inform business decisions.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting revenue or project goals.
  • High level of ownership and responsibility for project progress and outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and pitches.
