Full Stack Developer wanted for Healthcare Scale Up - Node, React, TypeScript

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) | Stockholm

We’re looking for 2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join a small, highly experienced team in the healthtech sector at a fast-growing European product company. The team works on business-critical systems that handle complex workflows at scale.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be building features end-to-end and shaping how the platform scales as the company grows into new markets.

What you’ll work on

• An internal web platform used daily to assess and resolve customer cases
• Automation and decision systems that interpret incoming data and handle processes end-to-end
• Designing and implementing backend-heavy systems (60/40) with frontend integration
• Scaling services and maintaining robustness, performance, and security across multiple markets

Tech stack

• Backend: Node.js, Python, TypeScript
• Frontend: React, Next.js
• GraphQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
• AWS (foundations team handles most infra, but experience matters)
• Exposure to automation and AI/LLM tools is a plus

Who they’re looking for

• Around 8+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineer
• Strong experience with Node.js, Python, React, and Next.js
• Comfortable with system design, architecture, and integrations
• Product-minded - you understand how what you build will be used and why it matters
• Experience building production systems at scale with real users and real data
