Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As part of Infineon’s Threat Intelligence team, you will design, develop, test, and deploy tooling that supports the team’s operational and analytical capabilities. You will work in close collaboration with Cybersecurity’s internal Infrastructure and Development teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for Threat Intelligence use cases, with a strong emphasis on information collection, processing, parsing, classification, enrichment, persistence, and dissemination, supported by a high degree of process automation and service integration
- Lead and execute software development projects of varying scope, including requirements gathering with stakeholders, conceptual design, implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments to enhance delivery speed, stability, and overall development efficiency
- Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into pragmatic and maintainable technical solutions, balancing implementation effort, long‑term sustainability, and generating value
- Ensure stable and reliable operations of services in close cooperation with stakeholders and supporting units such as platform and operations teams
- Support and mentor team members and stakeholders in developing software components, scripts, and automation workflows
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics or related field of study
- 3+ years of professional software development experience – preferably with strong backend development skills in Go and/or Python
- Experience in frontend technologies like TypeScript and Vue.js
- Proficient with Linux (Ubuntu), containerized environments (Docker, Docker Compose) and CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab)
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with the capability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently with a natural interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and improving operational workflows
- Ability to think architecturally and make well‑founded design decisions, ensuring that software systems, data pipelines, and automation workflows are structured for long‑term scalability, reuse, low maintenance overhead, and adaptability to future use cases
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
