Software Engineer (Micronaut) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Micronaut, you will build lightweight Java microservices and serverless functions designed for high performance and low memory footprints. You will leverage compile-time dependency injection and reactive programming to create efficient, cloud-native applications that scale seamlessly.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop modular microservices using Java and the Micronaut framework.
• Implement serverless functions optimized for fast startup times and minimal resource consumption.
• Utilize compile-time dependency injection and AOP to build reflection-free, high-performance services.
• Develop reactive and non-blocking APIs to ensure high throughput and low-latency communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services into broader cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure system reliability and testability by applying modern software engineering best practices and automated testing.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Java development.
• Proven expertise in building lightweight microservices and serverless functions using Micronaut.
• Deep understanding of compile-time dependency injection and reactive programming.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native Java development and microservices architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
