Student (m/f/d) Jobs: Digital Product System Test Automation

Agile, innovative, open to ideas: We give responsibility instead of rules and offer room for development - both professionally and personally For our Satcom Digital product line, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period to support the team in development of automation test scripts for satellite modem (RF/Optical) system testing.

What You Can Expect In This Role

• Understanding existing automation framework and extending the automation tests based on defined requirements
• Documenting the test scripts implemented as a test verification/validation report
• Contribution to the enhancement and optimization of existing system tests
• Understanding the satellite modem functionality (RF/Optical) and contributing towards defining more system test requirements together with system engineers

• University studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar field
• Basic programming skills in Python, C, C++
• Good understanding in Linux OS and IP network
• Interest in satellite communication ground systems
• Basic hardware knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and team spirit
• Language skills: Good English skills are required; basic knowledge of German is an advantage
