Requirements
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer.
- Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts.
- Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences.
- Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements.
- Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
